HI WHAT TYPE OF FREON GOES IN A 1994 FORD TARAUS,MY CAR IS BLOWING OUT HOT AIR SO I WANT TO PUT SOME IN THERE  BUT I DONT KNOW IF 12R OR 134R GOES IN THERE OR DOES IT MATTER BEING THAT IT IS BLOWING OUT HOT AIR MEANING THERE IS NONE INT THERE AT ALL. PLEASE LET ME KNOW .........THANKS

95s and newer use r134a anything older requires r12. Unfortunately there is hardly any r12 found. the gov. banned it for enviromental purposes. You have a couple options. You can either put 134a and cheat the system or you could just have the entire system sutched over to a 134a system. If I were you I would just go to autozone and buy a recharge kit and recharge it myself.
