Reverse Lights do not come on when transmission is shifted into reverse. Light bulbs are good and no loose connections. What could it be?

not much to that curcuit,,,diagram mentions a "sensor" at the auto. trans. switch,,,man. trans does not..Then a 10 amp fuse (#26?) at panel.
