I HAVE 2001 ACURA MDX. FOR A WHILE NOW, THE CAR HAS BEEN MISFIRING AND SOMETIMES GOES AT TRAFFIC HOLD UP. MY MECHANICS HAVE CHANGED THE PLUGS AND NOZZLES BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. ADVICE ME ON WHAT TO DO BECAUSE THERE IS NO ACURA SERVICE CENTRE HERE.

My Acura Integra also used to misfire before. Did some stuff and made it work again. I'm not sure if it will work on the MDX as well, but you can try.

 My car stalled because of a bad Ignition Control Module (ICM). Check it out if your ICM is working. Maybe that's where the problem is.
