    Audi Service Quality

A Thelen Audi Bay City, Michigan Service tech damaged two alloy wheels during the R/R of the lug nuts. Joseph Thelen accepted blame, but said, "the indentations are barley visible" and refused to reimburse me for the repair. So, it's now my problem and at my cost. A long story short, I enjoy and own the Q7 4.2, but in a low volume auto market, like mid-Michigan, the Audi dealership service ineptness is too challenged to perform the service needed. Avoid this Audi dealer, and consider the aggrevation when buying and maintaining this or any other high-end make.

That's very unusual. I have always had super service at Thelen Audi VW Subaru Mazda. My car is always ready to go and I have never had to bring it back because it wasn't fixed the first time or because they have damaged something.

I knew it. But that's quite bad for them.Consumers like us want as much help as possible when searching for the right car dealer. Whether a consumer is looking for an auto loan, a free price quote, trade-in appraisal or service and parts etc, you can help by providing your personal feedback with Thelen Mazda Volkwagen Subaru Audi.

    Re: Audi Service Quality

I recently decided to bring my 2008 A4 for its first (5000 mi) service. I scheduled my visit the week before. After being the very first vehicle to roll into the garage at 7AM I was told that I would definitely have the car ready later that same day. By 5PM I had not gotten the promised phone call from Jerry, the service "specialist" so I called to inquire. I was told that they "never got to my vehicle". I ended up making another trip to the dealship (Manhattan Audi- formerly Zumbach Audi, of New York City) to pick up an unserviced car.

If this new dealership thinks it will succeed, it better start paying attention to its customers, and inject a little honesty and courtesy into the process.
