When I first start the van the motor cranks over and over before it starts, then there is a stong odor of gas. On an older model vehicle it would be the choke sticking closed. I have had several mechanics say it is the crank sensor, thottle body sensor and numerous other sensors and I don't want to go replaces sensors that are fine. I have no loss of power and I get good gas mileage even with 174,000 miles on it.
