When my 1998 sl2 dohc warms up the engine will miss while at a stop light or if your driving along at 50 mph and the rpms are at 2,000 or below. If you are at a stop light and the engine starts to miss and you put the car into nutreul it will idle fine.
This problem is not constant it is speratic.some days it runs fine and others when you try to speed up it really misses. it almost seems to be running to rich but I don't see any black smoke.I installed new plugs and wires but this did not help.I did not notice any of these problems in the early spring when it was colder out but the warmer the days the more the problem happens. running at high speed and high rpm the engine dose not miss.It has never stalled because of this missing problem. Please help
