i turn the key, Click, thats it one strong click. I pulled the starter, had it tested, heard the click in the store, got a new one and installed it.
turned the key, Click, samething, batterey is new as well. its a 98 neon. I cleaned the terminals, no visible corrosion, and no change.
I am worried the engine is siezed? but this didnt come on suddently. I was gonna pull the starter and try to see if the knew on is actually working.
any other ideas?
