1994 Town Car,(eng.4.6) sometime it starts,and sometimes not, went to fuel rail to test depress valve core, no gas, removed valve core and retried plenty of gas this time, replaced fuel pump,replaced fuel filter, replaced fuel regulater, checked for spark each time and was good, just sometime it works great and other times no fuel delivery, is the I.C.M. in any way connected to the fuel system , by the way all the grounding has been cleaned up also. This one has a mind of its own.
