I have a 1994 Grand Cherokee Laredo. It won't start. It does not do anything. It acts like the battery is dead. The dash lights come on, headlights, door chimes, etc. everything works except when I turn the key nothing happens. It just won't start. Can you reset, or disconnect alarm system?
