I have a 1994 mercury sabel with a starting problem . It starts & runs fine at times then at other times after shuting off for a short time it turns over but will not start . But if you put a battery charger or jumper cables on the car starts wright up. I have replaced the battery ,had the alt & starter tested cleand ground cable at engine but problem is still there. any ideas would help. thanks
