the best thing to do is go get a mechanic, just to be safe and sure. you don't want cruisin' around with that kind of problem with your compressor. based from my experience on my seville, it would best to replace a new one 'coz when I tried to repair my alternator, the trouble keeps coming back that made me decide to purchase
