1993 Chry New Yorker Headlights (RSS)

93 New Yorker, 4 headlamps w/doors. Low beams are out. Bought new ones and installed, yet no light. Glove box fuses 10A for each "lf & rt low beam", and 50A "vehicle lamps" under hood are all good. The headlight doors will not open when I turn on my headlight switch (all running lights will turn on), ...
