My 1995 Grand Cherokee (automatic) won't lock into gear. it runs fine, just if you bump the floor shifter it bumps out of gear.  Is there a lock or pin that is easily replaced?  I have a 1992 Grad Cherokee I use for parts, I'm just not sure how it all goes together.

About 2 seconds after engine starts all doors lock, even if you're not sitting in the car. This is dangerous because have been locked out several times. Most cars the doors do not lock until the transmission is put into gear. How can I disable this feature or is there something wrong?

Hi, I have a 97 Jeep GC.  Needs new water pump, are there other parts I need to replace while changing the water pump?  Also catalytic converter sounds like a bunch of tin cans in a gunny sack.  Should it be replaced...? thanks
