I have a 1994 GMC Sierra withe 5.7L. that won't start. I have interior lights, headlights and hood lamp, but no other electric works (pwr windows, starter won't fire, no dash, hazards, etc. I found a cracked started solenoid, so i replaced it and i still have no power. Could this be a fusible link problem? or possibly battery cable ...

Shifting from lower gear onto secondary gears is sluggish and hesitant there is a black hose stemming from the top of my tranny that goes no where could this be a problem and where does it go?Please help thank you. Is this a modulator hose?
