Just purchased 95 Taurus as first car for daughter and find the speedometer wil oscillate +/- 15 mph at the midrange. I can't find a diagram in a Clymer manual and Ford says there are two replacement cables upper and lower. Which is the likely culprit and where can I find online diagrams to show me how they fit?

95 Ford Tarus-The car will die out when driving down the highway.  Only does this in warm weather, upper 50+. Wait 10-15 min. and it will restart and go for awhile longer. HELP
