Here it is... 1996 Explorer Standard transmission, 4.0L V-6. Bought it off a real piece of work who did such things as "modified" the rear window washer to squirt AIR FRESHNER inside the car. My 96 Ford Explorer's horn, cruise control and the little lights on my steering wheel that illuminate the cruise controls when the head lights are turned on are not functioning. I thought that it was a fuse but I could not find a bad fuse. I now think that it may be the horn relay that is located in the engine compartment. Any help with this ...

I don't have the book to my 96 Ford Explorer and I'm trying to locate the fuse that controls the stereo system. Can someone help?
