Question, I have a 1987 Doge dakota 3.9 22 gal tank I have a smell of gas in cab put new cap and checked for leaks none.   Additional data change 4.5 inch  filter how do I open the canister on the frame that contains this filter that is suppose to be changed every 12000 miles maintanance issue.  Does any one know please step by ...
