I have a 2000 Chrysler T/C van that has a problem between the radio and headlights. When you turn the headlights on and radio is on you can get bad buzzing noise when you hit small, big  or even flat road. You can  sometimes slam a door with lights and radio on to get this to happen. Only when lights are turned on does this happen.
