MY CIVIC HAS BEEN THROUGH HELL AND BACK WITH OVER 300,000 MILES. WHEN I GIVE IT GAS , IT WANTS TO ALMOST STALL THEN IT WILL CATCH UP TO ITS SELF. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM OR WHERE SHOULD I START FIRST? 

I had a shop check out the A/C in my Honda Civic this week.  The high side pressure was above spec and the low side showed a vacuum.  The shop said the compressor is bad and quoted $1300 to replace comp, expansion valve, and rec/dryer.  If there's still a leak after that it will cost more.  If the high side is too high is ...

If anyone out there knows how to take off the panel so I can at least roll up the window until I can actually replace the parts I'd really appreciate it. 

My wife was in Portland oregon today and the transmission got stuck in neutral or more accurately is in neutral and will not shift into gear.  She pulled into the parking lot of the hospital stopping at the guard shack.  When she went to leave it just would not move.  She tried to shift into other gears and nothing happened.  ...

the car starts but dies immediatly, fuel pump and check engine light works, w'eve tried a new main relay, the distributor is fine, checked the wires on the starter and alternator and everything is okay, if we hold the starter to start  it will continue to run but as soon as we let go it cuts off....please help!!
