If theres a powersteering pump leak,, even a small one,,or other oil source,,or if a pulley is slighty warped from when it was removed,,might be the problem...painters chalk will quiet noisy belts...

An honest mechanic solved a simular problem on my olds by spraying gumout in the intake barrel,,,there's also a cleaner specificlly made for idle air control valves..

throwout bearing?,,they've been described as whistling before in this forum,,,,,,unless its an automatic..

Change the traanny fluid and filter,,someone may have used a conditioner in the tranny fluid

Sounds like a loose belt,,ALSO,,before the first run of a new alt. make sure the batt. is charged,,some damage may occur

Flush your coolant and change the thermostat,,,,,it certainly wont hurt and should be done anyway,,,,,,unless you already did

im going to say that there's a fuel problem,,,pressure or filter maybe,,I've seen fords go quite a while with lifter noise,,check for adjustment there

look for a white emulsion under oil fill cap.this is only an indication that the two (oil/water) are mixing somehow.

not much to that curcuit,,,diagram mentions a "sensor" at the auto. trans. switch,,,man. trans does not..Then a 10 amp fuse (#26?) at panel.
