my right directional will not work but the left does there is a multiswitch for the directionals that controls both the bulb is good the fuse is good what could be the problem?

EMISSION LIGHT HAS BEEN ON FOR A FEW MONTHS BUT HAVE NOT NOTICED ANY PROBLEM WITH MOTOR.
FAULT CODE IS P0401 EGR INSUFFICIENT FLOW DETECTED. I'VE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
