I have A 1990 Ford F-150 and it dies(totally shuts off) as I am driving down the road This happens about 3-5 times in a 10 minute trip. When it dies I have to pull off the road , put it in park, and restart it. this is verry dangeerous! I almost get hit every day. this truck is my only means of transportation. PLEASE HELP!

i have a 1999 ford f150 ,,replaced starter , starter relay switch,cylanoid,, battery and cables,,at first the starter would stay ingaged  ,, then only click  ,now nothing,,,i can start it by jumping the cylanoid,,but starter still stays ingaged  ,can anyone give me some pointers ,,thanks   len
