The vehicle runs a little rough at start.  It used to run smooth. I went back to Ford 6 times about this. Ended up finding it myself. Try checking the crankshaft sensor plug (blue color) on the drivers side near the front of the transmission.  Get a friend to crank it while you twist the plug (color blue).
