I have 89 Ford Taurus GL, 3.8l, auto, approx 130,000 miles. I recently replaced the fuel pump. Now, sometimes it will start, sometimes it will not. When it does start, I hear the fuel pump, when it doesn't start, I do not hear the pump. I was told that it could be a faulty relay, but I can't find one, The local parts stores do not show ...

My brake lights and front and back blinkers wont work on my 89 Ford Tarus. We have checked all the fuses . Is there a fuse box
under the hood too? If there is I cant find it. Any ideas why this is happening?
