I have a question my 2001 malibu acts like it stalls when trying to accelerate after i driven it for a while and it done this after i cut the car off and started up and drive it so i was wondering if u can give me advice for any soloutions on what i need to do or if u could please tell whats wrong thank u

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 90k miles - just had the 90k service. My oil pressure guage is jumping up to "H" on the guage as I accelerate and never returns to the midpoint of the guage. I just bough this car a month ago and it is making a high pitch noise only when I accelerate. It had new brakes put on it before I bought it. Anyone have any ideas what this noise could be from? Any help would be appreciated.
