Here it is... 1996 Explorer Standard transmission, 4.0L V-6. Bought it off a real piece of work who did such things as "modified" the rear window washer to squirt AIR FRESHNER inside the car. I don't hear the fuel pump turn on when I turn the key to acc.
whats the easiest/cheapest way to fix this?
someone indicated it might be the anti-theft.
is there a fuse I can pull? something I can reset or easily disconnect?
I tried disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting but no deal.
