I cant find the fuel filter on my 4 cyl 94 camry??

Some of the transmission pan screws on my 2004 Camry 2.4L I4 Automatic are not accessible!  The left frame is in the way!  Is there a special tool needed to get at some of the screws?

the problem is that sometimes it will not start not even engine will not turn i.e. no click.  I changed starter and also elimibated alarm system which I used to have along with auto start..stll this problem persist.  It will happen anytime...battery is fine..all headlights works fine..   please help.     thanks

My door open light has started to flash on and off at different times even though the doors are not open. At the same time, the light around the ignition key is doing the same thing.  Last night while driving home, the overhead light started doing the same , almost like whatever it is, it is connected> Anyone have any ideas????????
