my idle reads about 500 to 600 when i am in drive. What is the easiest way to tighten the serpentine belt on a 2004 Civic?  It squeals when the A/C is selected.  Do I need to remove the cover from the bottom and get to it that way?  Thanks.

My 1995 Honda Civic EX has been running fine, but this afternoon it will not start.  It turns over fine.  Replaced the cap & rotor. Gas is OK. Your help is appreciated.
