I have A 1990 Ford F-150 and it dies(totally shuts off) as I am driving down the road This happens about 3-5 times in a 10 minute trip. When it dies I have to pull off the road , put it in park, and restart it. this is verry dangeerous! I almost get hit every day. this truck is my only means of transportation. PLEASE HELP!

YES,I WAS WONDERING IF I GET A NEW 5.4 3 VALUE ENGINE WITH THE COMPUTER & WIRING HARNESS,COULD I MAKE THIS WORK IN MY 97 F150 XLT THAT CAME WITH A 4.6 & AUTO. THANKS,ROGER

Truck will start and then stall when gas pedal is depressed. then it will only crank and not fire/start.
The high and low pressure fuel pumps were replaced and the truck still does the samething.

I have a 6.9 diesel and have no oil presure when I give the engine any fuel and my engine light flickers I have about 2000 miles on this last oil change could I have a bad sending unit or oil pump?

i just put a engine from a truck identical to mine in my truck along with computer and ignition module when i go to crank it in my truck it will turn over but it won't idle but if i give it barley any gas it reves up till i shut it of what do you think is wrong
