01 Crown Vic with atc, blower motor won't come on. I direct wired the blower and it works (blower mtr is good). I changed the atc panel on dash and this didn't cure the problem. If I direct wire the blower the air blows cold but it feels like low speed. I think I'm looking for a relay but O'Riley's doesn't list one so ...
