My 1996 Crown Vic has been sitting for 3 years and about once a month has been started up for a few minutes, i took it to the car wash and on the way back it stalled and won't restart, the battery is fully charged and has gas in the tank, is their anyway i can test the fuel system to see if that is the problem? or something else? thanks, ...

Problem with power when it is cold, after an extended warm-up it will accelerate ok to about 2/3 throtle. Full throtle and it is slugish.  I have replaced the EGR valve and two vacuum controllers.  No engine codes are present.  Any other ideas?  Respond at john_lawson@hotmail.com Thanks, JL

The check-engine light came on ('05 Crown Vic) so I scanned the PCM looking for trouble codes.  The one that came up was "TAC System, Forced Idle, P2104".  I can not seem to figure out what is wrong that's causing this code to pop up.  Please help.
