Please help;
I have a 1999 Ford Explorer 4 WD, none of my power door locks work from the door switch, I try to program the new remote, doing the 8 times off an run with in the 10 second but the locks never respond to confirm the action.
What is wrong?

This question is in regard to a 1994 Toyota Camry LE. The key will not go fully into the lock on the outside of the door. There must be some obstruction but I cannot free it from the outside.
