The vehicle runs a little rough at start.  It used to run smooth. I don't hear the fuel pump turn on when I turn the key to acc. whats the easiest/cheapest way to fix this? someone indicated it might be the anti-theft. is there a fuse I can pull?  something I can reset or easily disconnect? I tried disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting but no deal.
