The car will not build up enough vaccum. Vacuum hoses have been replaced. New superchanger replaced. Starts but will not stay running. When it cuts off will not start back up. I really can not afford to buy a car. I need this one up and running before school starts again. Can anyone help me????

i am having a problem with the battery light staying on, i put new altinator and battery in it, but still having problems ,
with it keeping a charge, took altinator off again and had it tested, it's a good altinator, can any one tell me why it might be doing this? please help
