My Remote ( Factory ) system goes to sleep after being idle for several hours and Unlock/Lock /Panic will not work again until a dooor is opened with a key. Then it works fine, until it is idel again for several hours. Can any one help?

Been gone for a while and came back to the headache.  Thanks for the reply.  Well the RAB module was replaced along with the master cylinder.  The entire system bled again as well.  The brakes will lock up now when I hammer them, but I can push the pedal all the way to the floor and have noted I can not do that in my dads truck ...
