  • Realistic asking price off the TMV.

    Hello Salesman, What is a realistic asking price off the TMV of a new vehicle?  For example if a car cost $35K how low can I go?  Can I ask for $30K?  Currently I'm looking at Mercury Mariner Hybrids.

    Bruce,  Unfortunatly, every dealership is different.. Our TIP Price is the average of all the sales from the previous month in your state - They may be correct in saying that for a huge area such as Chicago - Have you thought of calling a dealer a few miles outside Chicago - Also, 2% under invoice is always a fantastic deal - Make sure that ...
